Why choose embroidery?
Embroidery on garments produces a high quality and has a more expensive appearance than print can achieve on clothing. It is hard wearing and lasts for the lifetime of the garment unlike print. Embroidery is also more versatile as it can be applied to almost any fabric such as fleece & toweling where print would be impossible to apply.
Embroidery is also very economical as with us there is no minimum order quantity.
With Lamby Embroidery there is no set up cost when ordering 20 items or more.
Artwork
To give you the best quote possible on any work we need to see your artwork and discuss your clothing & embroidery positioning requirements.
Your logo artwork including your wording must first be digitized in order for the machine to “read” and produce your work. This artwork must be given to us in a JPEG format along with the size dimensions that you require the artwork to be.
If you have no artwork but require an image we have a library of images which are available for you to choose from.
Embroidery can be completed onto almost every garment and fabric type, however if you are unsure please discuss with us your ideas.
Digitizing
Once we have received your artwork we can then begin to digitize the image and text that you require. From this the machine can then read the design and the embroidery of samples can commence.
There is a cost to convert your graphic artwork into a digitized image which is based on how many stitches are required to complete the image. If you order 20 items or more digitizing will be produced free of charge.
The digitizing is a one off cost as all digitized logo’s are kept , so for subsequent orders there will be no further digitizing costs unless you wish to make a significant change to your logo.
If however you only require wording to be embroidered you can choose from our selection of fonts that the machine is already programmed to read and there will be no initial set up cost to produce this as no digitizing is required.
If you have no artwork but need a logo image, you can choose from our extensive library of images.
